Intensive Training Course (ITC)

Qualify in 4 months!

Pro-Scot offer an intensive training course for Part II and Part III. This has the advantage of completing your training over a short time. This method is offered on a 1:1 ratio (Beware of many companies offering low prices with 2:1 or even 3:1 in car ratios. Some even spend up to 50% of your Part 3 hours in the classroom with large class sizes. Please be assured that all your Part 2 & 3 hours will be in car on a 1:1 ratio.)

This method can take as little as 4 months to qualify.

The Part 2 ITC is typically run over 3 consecutive days in 4 hour blocks, this allows you to complete Part 2 of the training course quickly, additional Part 2 training hours can be booked at the normal hourly rate if required.

Part 3 ITC is run over 2 separate weeks in 4 Hour blocks each day, Monday to Friday (20 Hours per week, a total of 40 Hours). There is a substantial amount of information to be learned for the Part 3 examination, Pro - Scot do not recommend trying to do all of your Part 3 in one-week. Home study and preparation is required prior to attending the intensive course (All home study material for Part 3 is supplied with full support and instructions). Students can book additional hours of Part 3 training at the normal hourly rate if required.

Residential Courses

This enables you to concentrate fully on your training and get away from the distractions of home life. Late afternoons and evenings can be used to study in your room and to reflect on the days training or prepare lesson plans for the next day. Pro-Scot operate a pick up and drop off service at your Guest House or Hotel. An accommodation list is available from the office with B&B or evening meal as required.

Non-Intensive Training Courses

Pro-Scot students have the option of having their training during the day, evening or weekend on a non-intensive or semi-intensive basis, sessions are normally conducted in 2 hour lessons. This type of training offers great flexibility for those students who have full time jobs or other commitments.  The standard hourly rate applies.

This method takes approx 6 - 12 months to complete all three parts of the training course, though this depends upon the frequency of lessons.

Pay as You Train

Pro-Scot are one of the few instructor training establishments that allow you to pay as you train.

Many insist on the entire payment up front with no option for a refund if you fail or drop-out. With Pro-Scot you simply pay for each training block as you book. The advantage is that you can spread the payments over time and if at any time you decide to stop training you will only have paid for the training you have already received.
