If you have any further questions about becoming a Driving Training Instructor, or you are ready to make the next move and are looking to engage in our Driving Instructor Training Course with ProScot, we would love to hear from you. Why don’t you arrange to come in for a chat with the ProScot team?

We always advise you to read the Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor Guide thoroughly before committing yourself to a course with any training establishment.

Training and Assessment Session

Before progressing with training, we also recommend you take ProScot's initial training and assessment session. This lasts about 60 to 90 minutes and covers presentation skills, driving and instructional skills. During this time, we will be able to assess your ability to learn new skills and your suitability to become a driving instructor, just as importantly it will give you an opportunity to assess ProScot before you commit to booking on a course with us.
