Intensive Driving Courses Fife & Dundee

Want to learn to drive in one week? Book yourself onto an Intensive Driving Course and get on the road in no time.

Learn to drive in one week!

Many of our students are now booking on our increasingly popular intensive courses, which are a good option if you have high levels of concentration and suspect you'll find it relatively easy to learn to drive. However, we strongly recommend that you take an assessment lesson first to make sure an intensive course is the best choice for you.

ProScot strongly recommends you sit and pass your Theory and Hazard Perception Test prior to attending one of our intensive courses.

30 Hour Intensive Course

The 30 hour Intensive Training course is popular with students who have never driven before or who have had about 10 - 20 hours of lessons. This course runs from Monday to Friday. with 6 hours of training per day and enables rapid progress to be made (after 30 hours, further lessons can be booked if required).

This course is not recommended for pupils who find it difficult to concentrate for longer periods of time. If you're unsure, please arrange a two-hour assessment lesson to assess your suitability.

20 Hour Intensive Course

The 20 hour Intensive Course is worth considering if you can drive, have sat and failed your driving test, or have had 20 - 30 hours of lessons. This course runs from Monday to Friday, with 4 hours of training per day (after 20 hours, further lessons can be booked if required).

This course is not recommended for pupils who find it difficult to concentrate for longer periods of time. If you're unsure, please arrange a two-hour assessment lesson to assess your suitability.

Please note: Unless you can already drive, we don't recommend booking your driving test immediately after completing either the 30 Hour Intensive Course or the 20 Hour Intensive Course. In our experience, students who book a driving test for the Friday of their intensive course tend to focus on their impending test rather than making the most of the specialised training provided by ProScot's instructors. We advise booking your test date for 2-3 weeks after your intensive week, which allows time for mock tests and any required remedial training (further lessons are charged at the normal rate).

What Our Learner Drivers Say

My heart is full of joy and happiness as I just passed my driving test. I lack words on how to describe and pay gratitude to my amazing Senior instructor, Fred Beck. Fred is absolutely professional and patient and ensures to fine tune my areas of weaknesses. Fred was recommended to me by a colleague who passed her test at first attempt. I have been lucky to have him as my instructor and thankful to him for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my exam on my first attempt with him and truly enjoyed the entire experience of learning. Thanks for giving me life lessons for letting go of things and subsiding fears. Respect to you for making this dream possible. I am happy to recommend Fred as an instructor to everyone, including my friends and family. He is a TESTED AND TRUSTED instructor. Thank you Fred
