Benefits: Reduced weekly fees are available based on the number of students and the level of support required. The less help you require (often due to word-of-mouth referrals), the lower the cost of your franchise becomes

PROSCOT SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
HOW TO QUALIFY
This promotion is available after a minimum of two years as a fully qualified instructor, OR once you achieve a standard above the national average on your DVSA Crystal report (which assesses your pupils' test performance), whichever comes first. You must also meet specific ProScot standards and criteria.

You can charge up to £2 per hour above our base lesson rate for trainee instructors
PROSCOT PRINCIPAL INSTRUCTOR
HOW TO QUALIFY
Instructors who meet the criteria for a “ProScot Senior Instructor” and achieve a Grade A on their DVSA standards check are promoted to this elite level
BENEFITS
As a Principal Instructor, you can charge up to £4 per hour more than our base website lesson rate for trainee instructors
OUR STANDARDS
All ProScot instructors are required to meet our rigorous standards and participate in Continuous Professional Development. We also conduct bi-annual in-car assessments to ensure these high standards are consistently maintained.
This system ensures that instructors who work hard to achieve and uphold the criteria for ProScot Senior or Principal status are well-rewarded and recognised for their dedication.
