Gordon Elwood

Thank you very much to Gordon for teaching me to drive and help me pass first time! Whenever I had any questions or struggles Gordon helped me sort it right away. His patience and understanding got me to overcome my nerves and now feel confident to drive on my own. I couldn't recommend ProScot and Gordon enough for new drivers! :-)

Had Gordon Elwood as my instructor and highly recommend him, he always listened if there were things I was struggling with and we would work on them until i felt confident. He helped me pass first time and feel confident driving by myself. Had a great experience learning, so glad i went with ProScot!

My experience of learning how to drive was very enjoyable. The driving instructor who taught me how to drive was Gordon Elwood and he was very respectful, understanding and patient. He would boost my confidence in my driving capabilities and thanks to his lessons I had passed my driving test first time. I would definitely recommend choosing Gordon Elwood as a driving instructor due to his friendly and professional nature, he will also ensure that the learner will be ready for their test when the time comes.

Passed first time with Gordon Elwood from the Dunfermline area. He is very calm and relaxed in the car which made me feel very confident and helped me build my confidence up too. Lovely man and a pleasure to be around. After several instructors I finally got someone to understand me and my nervousness when driving, not only did Gordon take the time to listen, he didn't rush me at all and I felt completely relaxed!! And passed first time!! So I will be forever grateful! Fantastic instructor and would highly recommend to anyone!

I wasn't the most confident student but Gordon spurred me on,made me believe I could it.His calm approach and understanding of my anxiety was I think the key to getting me through so massive thumbs up to Gordon and ProScot.

I am a very nervous driver, lacking confidence. I passed my driving test first time with only 2 minors after tuition with Gordon Elwood. Gordon was very calm, gave me confidence and made the whole driving lesson less stressful. Also managed to endure a whole year of me in the car beside him (a case of groundhog day, I had days when I couldn't remember how to start a car!) Really recommend, good experience overall, 5 stars from me.

I have recently just passed my test with Gordon and I could not recommend him enough. He was so patient and really helped my confidence. I was a very nervous learner and he adapted his teaching approach to suit me which helped a lot and got me through my test. He was also great at being flexible with pick up and drop off location to suit me as well. Thanks again Gordon!

Gordon was an excellent driving instructor for me, everything he said was explained to the bone as it should be. He also gave advice not just how to pass the test but also for after passing the test which was great. Overall he was a really good guy and a good laugh too, he made lessons very enjoyable and highly recommend.
